As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, Hogar de Cristo’s frontline workers throughout Chile (1ra línea) are bravely risking their personal health to accomplish the mission of taking care of those most fragile-vulnerable. Either on daily walking down the City through the street route program “Ruta Calle” to brings direct help to the homeless (meals, water, checking symptoms/conditions to report it). Or in another way, caregivers and professionals involved in the treatment and care of the Elderly at Shelters and Residences, including people with mental disability and living on the streets.

Shelters are working 24/7 during pandemic which is demanding massive extra resources to secure their continuity and operation, but these resources are running out. We need your help!

How can we back our frontline?
If we are fortunate to have a job or telecommute to get it done staying at home, then we can back them and become their backers (Ser la 2da línea) to make a difference that helps to save lives.
