Chile is undergoing of serious nationwide social crisis. Based on this, Hogar de Cristo foundation together with Techo and Fondo Esperanza (all of them very recognized/reliable NGOs) have launched an Alliance, a joint effort named “territorial circles/dialogues” throughout Chile. This initiative seeks to generate new social proposals directly from the most vulnerable and socially excluded people of the country. A proven digital tool it’s being used as a methodology to listen to those who we usually ignore in the implementation of public policies. Around 60,000 vulnerable poor people are expected to be gathered in these “territorial circles-cabildo” to raise their voices, consolidate their opinions and urgencies to address into concrete proposals, some to become public policies.
