ChileMass Alliance, Boston MA, Teachers Program 2022,

NEW seven (7) scholarships for the specialization of Chilean teachers have been awarded by Teachers Program 2022 to continue the successful program 2021. The scholarships will allow them to enhance education in English as a second foreign language. It’s an exciting experience that teachers will live on-campus in Boston between Dec 21st, 2021, and Feb 2022.

The program includes a month-long stay in a graduate-level class on teaching innovation at Framingham University, MA, and interacting with Public Schools in Boston to learn about local public education, ranked number 1 U.S.

All the above wouldn’t have been possible without the joined efforts from the Embassy of the United States, the Embassy of Chile in D.C., the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Chile, and the hard work of ChileMass Alliance, MA.

For the second year in a row, our SUMATE Reentry Schools will participate in the program. The awarded 2022 will be Ruth Retamales, an English teacher -passionate about the digital world- working in Betania Sumate School, La Granja, Santiago.

Thank you, ChileMass.
