Retrieving trajectories of inclusion for the homeless.

Hogar de Cristo Chile recently launched robust research. Its acronym in Spanish, MISE’s (Modelo Integrado de Servicio a Personas en Situacion de Calle), is an Integrated Service Model set for the Homeless that seeks the joint and coherence between different social programs and organizations, both public-private, including their scope and sectorial levels throughout Chile. Strong base and guidelines for the formulation of public policies to eradicate homelessness.

The model development makes integrated service proposals to alleviate multiple problems and challenges linked to homelessness, including temporary and long-term solutions—Healthcare, affordable housing, job support, family services, rehabilitation, accompaniment, etc.
